Students from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi won first place for presenting their work “Innovation in upcycle the eco-friendly products & services”, innovative environmentally friendly products that come from upcycling.

On July 26, 2024 at the Landmark Hotel, Bangkok, students of King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi Participated in presenting work on the topic “Innovation in upcycle the eco-friendly products & services”, innovative environmentally friendly products that come from upcycling under the project The Comprehensive Course in Japanese Business Innovation Program organized by the Japanese Chamber of Commerce, Bangkok. together with the Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan) by the work of the Ecoforce team, named “BeeEco Beehive” using more than 95% recycled materials, produced from corn cobs and HDPE plastic bag waste, won the first prize. Receive a scholarship of 50,000 baht along with a trophy and certificate. Including going on a study tour in Japan. By being honored by Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education presided over the opening ceremony.

This competition has teams of representatives from students from 3 institutions, including King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. Kasetsart University and Chulalongkorn University, a total of 6 teams (2 teams per university)
